Annual Projects and Accomplishments:
- Annual Monthly Meetings with Educational Programs
- 501 (c) 3 organization
- Sponsors the Junior Livestock Show at the Annual East Texas State Fair
- Created a Scholarship Program in 1997
- Co-Sponsors the annual Smith County Hay Show and Auction at the Annual East Texas State Fair
- Brought Coastal Bermuda Grass to East Texas on a large scale from Tifton, Georgia in 1955
- The Club has sponsored tours to many farms, ranches and ag-related businesses during its monthly meetings
- Any individual who owns or operates a farm, ranch or agribusiness, and/or anyone interested in the advancement of agriculture is eligible for membership.
